September 11, 2001 began beneath an almost unbelievably beautiful blue sky. Then, in a matter of minutes, the world changed forever.
Twenty-five years later, for people of faith, 9/11 raises one of the most difficult questions human beings can ask. Where was God? Perhaps beneath that question lies an even more difficult one. If God is all-powerful and all-loving, why did He allow 9/11 to happen in the first place? Father Chris Alar, MIC, explains.
