The Feast of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary on September 8 is one of the Church's oldest and most joyful Marian Feasts. We celebrate the birth of the woman through whom God would bring salvation into the world, the dawn of redemption. Mary's birth marks the beginning of the final preparations for the Coming of the Messiah, and it is the beginning of the New Creation. Father Chris Alar, MIC, explains.

Then learn about the work of the Adoratio Foundation, where hearts are being drawn ever closer to Jesus in the Eucharist through the loving example of our Blessed Mother.
