St. Martin of Tours

On Nov. 11, Veterans Day, we are reminded of the courage and sacrifice of those who serve and have served our country, both past and present. In fact, one of our Marian Saints, St. Stanislaus Papczynski, had a special devotion to ministering to soldiers, and that tradition continues today among the Marian Fathers.

Father Matthew Tomeny, MIC, who is preparing to become a U.S. Navy Chaplain, shares the inspiring story of a soldier-saint, St. Martin of Tours, whose life shows us what it truly means to serve, both God and neighbor.

Then hear Fr. Chris Alar, MIC, in conversation with Bishop Joseph Coffey, an auxiliary bishop for the Archdiocese for the Military Services, U.S.A.
