Novena to St. John Paul II | DAY 9 : Preparing the World for the Second Coming
Jesus, I Trust in You! Prepare Our Hearts for Your Glorious Coming!
Dear Marian Family, join the Marian Fathers of the Immaculate Conception for Day 9, the final day of our Novena to St. John Paul II, as we reflect on our mission to prepare the world for Christ's Second Coming through prayer, conversion, and the proclamation of Divine Mercy!
DAY 9 — PREPARING THE WORLD FOR THE SECOND COMING
St. John Paul II, our beloved Great Pope of Mercy, reminded us that the message of Divine Mercy is a message of hope for all humanity, especially as we prepare our hearts to welcome Christ.
During the canonization of St. Faustina on April 30, 2000, he proclaimed:
"The light of divine mercy, which the Lord in a way wished to return to the world through Sr. Faustina's charism, will illumine the way for the men and women of the third millennium." — St. John Paul II.
Through his extraordinary connection to St. Faustina, St. John Paul II helped the world rediscover the urgency of God's mercy and the importance of turning to Jesus with complete trust.
Today, as we conclude this beautiful novena, let us ask for the grace to live each day ready to meet Christ, with hearts filled with faith, hope, repentance, and love.
May we become courageous apostles of Divine Mercy, bringing the light of Christ to a world in need of healing, forgiveness, and peace!
