Novena to St. John Paul II | DAY 8 : Becoming an Intercessor | Person of Prayer
A Heart That Prays Is a Heart That Trusts in Divine Mercy!
Dear Marian Family, join the Marian Fathers of the Immaculate Conception for Day 8 of our Novena to St. John Paul II — Becoming an Intercessor: A Person of Prayer, as we reflect on the extraordinary power of prayer and our beautiful calling to intercede for one another!
✨ DAY 8 — BECOMING AN INTERCESSOR: A PERSON OF PRAYER
St. John Paul II, our beloved Great Pope of Mercy, was a man of profound prayer. Throughout his life and papacy, he showed the world that prayer is not simply something we do, but a loving encounter with God that transforms our hearts and brings us closer to His Divine Mercy.
He beautifully reminded us:
"Prayer is the first expression of man's inner truth, the first condition for authentic freedom of spirit." — St. John Paul II.
Through his deep devotion to the Blessed Virgin Mary, his love for the Eucharist, and his spiritual connection to St. Faustina, St. John Paul II taught us to trust in the power of prayer and to carry the needs of others before God's merciful Heart.
❤️ Today, we are invited to become intercessors of Divine Mercy — praying not only for ourselves, but also for our families, our Church, those who suffer, those who have lost faith, and the whole world.
Like St. Faustina, let us offer our prayers with love and confidence, trusting that God hears every sincere prayer and that His mercy knows no limits.
🙏 SEND US YOUR PRAYER INTENTIONS!
Join the Marian Fathers of the Immaculate Conception and our entire Marian family as we lift your intentions to the Lord!
Who are you praying for today? Share your intentions in the comments so that we may unite our hearts in prayer and become a community of intercessors, bringing God's love and mercy to those who need it most.
