Celebrate Divine Mercy Sunday, April 12
Father Mark Baron, MIC, invites you to come in person to the National Shrine of The Divine Mercy in Stockbridge, Massachusetts to celebrate Divine Mercy Sunday on April 12!
Jesus told St. Faustina, “On that day, the very depths of My tender mercy are open. I pour out a whole ocean of graces upon those souls who approach the fount of My mercy.”
This is a day of extraordinary grace. Our Lord promised that whomever receives Holy Communion on Divine Mercy Sunday, having already made a good Confession and being in a state of grace, will receive not only full forgiveness of sin, but also remission of all punishment due to sin.

The pinnacle of God's gift of mercy is Divine Mercy Sunday, the very feast that Christ Himself wanted to establish on the Sunday after Easter. Although St. Faustina recorded this in her diary during the 1930s, the feast itself was not officially recognized in the Church until the year 2000 by Pope St. John Paul II.Father Donald Calloway, MIC, explains the promises of this extraordinary feast.
