Fr. Anthony Gramlich, MIC, draws a powerful connection between Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde and St. Paul’s words in Romans 7. Both speak of the same inner struggle — the war within every human heart between good and evil, grace and sin, the saint we long to be and the sinner we often are.

Father Anthony reflects on the scripture passage where Jesus raises the widow’s only son, revealing Christ’s deep compassion for human suffering. Fr. Anthony invites us to see how Jesus can also revive our own hearts when we feel weighed down, weary, or spiritually lifeless. Discover how to call on the Lord to “touch your spirit” and bring you new life.
