Thousands of faithful gathered at the National Shrine of the Divine Mercy for Encuentro Latino 2025, a powerful day of prayer, culture, and community. Pilgrims from across the region came together for Spanish-language Mass, inspiring talks, and a moving rosary procession that led into the Chaplet of Divine Mercy and Benediction. The event also featured lively music, children’s activities, and opportunities for confession and spiritual renewal. Families and individuals united in faith, celebrating their heritage while deepening their trust in God’s mercy.
Today, on the feast of St. Jerome, Fr. Matthew Tomeny reflects on the fiery saint who gave the Church one of its greatest treasures: the Latin Vulgate Bible.
