Even the most powerful leaders cannot bring lasting peace if the heart of man remains in turmoil. As Fr. Anthony says, “The war doesn’t begin on the outside. It begins with hatred—hatred toward your brother.” We can sign countless peace agreements, but as long as hearts are not reconciled to God, those agreements will crumble.
