Encuentro Latino, or Latin Encounter, is a religious celebration held every year at the National Shrine of The Divine Mercy. It usually draws more than 5,000 faithful from different countries around the world to praise God’s mercy. On this special celebration, our pilgrims usually enjoy a day of prayer and praise, dedicated to our Lord and His Blessed Mother here on Eden Hill.

Thousands of faithful gathered at the National Shrine of the Divine Mercy for Encuentro Latino 2025, a powerful day of prayer, culture, and community. Pilgrims from across the region came together for Spanish-language Mass, inspiring talks, and a moving rosary procession that led into the Chaplet of Divine Mercy and Benediction. The event also featured lively music, children’s activities, and opportunities for confession and spiritual renewal. Families and individuals united in faith, celebrating their heritage while deepening their trust in God’s mercy.
